great location noisy guests
i would say the location wasn't GREAT as down the road to the beach was german beer bars and lots of street sellers i nearly got pick pocketed so the walk to the beach wasnt GREAT. lots staying at the hotel were noisy when coming back. the pool was cold but putting that down to time of year and one pool area swim up bar seemed to be always busy with men who didn't get out the pool very much

lovely shower comfy bed plunge pool limited alcoholic drink double charge poor drain
my room, a double room private pool adults only, was just amazing. the shower was lovely. i found the bed comfy and clean. the plunge pool outside was an absolute treat!!!
the all inclusive drink package was a bit limited. the hotel only offered a few specific alcoholic drinks per day. i seemed like the hotel should have been more responsive to our claim about the double charge.

Great Food, Excellent Service
super clean hotel helpful staff kind gesture food variety
The hotel was super clean. Daily housekeeping maintained the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, from reception to the restaurant. I even received a box of chocolates for my birthday, a kind gesture I appreciated. The food featured much variety at every meal.
The local laws regarding alcohol did affect the all-inclusive experience since drinks were limited. I found it a bit of a letdown that more options weren't available throughout the day.

The food quality was high. The buffet restaurants provided many options. There were themed nights. fresh salads, grilled meats, and vegetarian choices. Desserts included fresh fruit and pastries.

Staff members responded quickly to requests. Reception assisted with local information and transport options. The cleaning service maintained high standards in all public areas. they provided daily towel changes.
